& when we do, we downplay our genius to keep everyone comfy.

We hide the intricacies of our thought processes and weird little corners of our minds, fearing it might be "too much" for the world to handle. 

Artists have been plagued by the notions of worthlessness by society for centuries. We are too weird. Too strange. Too Lazy. We have been deemed the outcasts. 

Until they seek change.

The Artist Emancipation is a reminder to everyone, including ourselves, that Artists are the true genius of the World. That through our stories and through our craft, we have the power to create movements, spark change, & heal generations.
